Because every towel we produce is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order details so we can make it right. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy.

Why the free mockup matters

The free mockup and unlimited-revision step exists precisely so you can review and approve exactly what will be produced before anything goes into production. Please review your mockup carefully — colors, spelling, logo placement, sizes, and quantities — because approval authorizes production.
