Shipping Policy

Every order from Customized Bath Towels is custom and made to order, so shipping timelines begin after you approve your mockup and production is complete.

Production and timing

Standard production typically runs 2–3 weeks from approved mockup, and transit time is added on top of that. Timelines are estimates and can vary with order size, decoration method, and season. If you have a firm deadline, tell us before you order and we’ll confirm whether a rush is possible.

Costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, weight, and destination. Larger orders may ship by freight. Any duties or taxes for international destinations are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking and delivery

We provide tracking once your order ships. Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. We can ship to multiple addresses — just provide a distribution list with your order.
